Inherent Rights and Jurisdiction handles a wide range of matters, including the settlement of internal and external disputes and transactions related to protecting Minigoziwin, our inherent right/sovereignty.
Projects and activities
Focusing on reclaiming and exercising inherent jurisdiction over lands, waters and relations above and below ground and sky, operating on the principle that these rights are not given by the Crown, but are pre-existing, natural and unsurrendered.
